Webiny is an enterprise content management system ("CMS"). What makes us unique is that we're a self-hosted solution that's built on the serverless infrastructure stack and we're also open-source.

About the Role

Webiny is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Software Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with account executives to demonstrate the technical capabilities of the product, engage with and develop relationships with prospect technical teams, gather requirements, and propose solutions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and support to account executives during the sales process.

  • Work with internal teams to develop and propose customised solutions to meet the specific needs of each prospect.

  • Deliver engaging and effective product demonstrations and proofs of concept, via product customisations or custom software development.

  • Engage with technical teams on the prospect side to understand their requirements and propose solutions.

  • Conduct competitor research and articulate Webiny’s benefits against competitors.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.

  • Provide internal feedback to Product and Engineering teams on product gaps and new feature opportunities.

What we look for from you:

  1. Strong experience in enterprise software pre-sales, with a focus on web development and CMS solutions.

  2. Knowledge and experience in working with different Headless CMS solutions is a plus. 

  3. Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, React, NodeJS, HTML, and CSS. Serverless technologies experience is a plus.

  4. Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology is ideal.

  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  6. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business value for prospects.

  7. Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment.

  8. Strong research and analytical skills.

  9. Ability to travel as required.


  • Base salary: £60k - £70k / annum (£80k - £90k OTE, Uncapped)

Besides the family leave, if you are a new parent (been a parent for less than 1 year), you can choose to work for 3 or 4 days a week, instead of full-time, for the next 6 months for a pro-rata salary.
